  • based on common values of caring for each other and the planet, and
  • a foundation of common cause connecting climate action with a better future

  • based on a commitment to achieve net-zero emissions from every level of government and every corporation 
  • supported by experts and peer networks
which leads to…

3.  Strong climate plans

  • that stimulate action for net-zero emissions, climate resilience and a better future
  • that integrate climate action with economic development and social benefit 
which leads to… 

4.  Our best chance to minimize climate change and create a better future for all.

To achieve these steps, we need:

1.  Coordination

  • Common goals: A future that is net-zero, resilient and  better 
  • Common campaigns, with global to local adaptability

2.  Collaboration

  • between climate groups
  • across sectors and interests
  • empowering action in common cause 
  • sharing ideas and resources freely

3.  Creativity

  • in strategic planning
  • in marketing and campaigns
  • in integrated climate solutions 
Which leads to two important questions:

This is how we can do it.

Let’s start with the assumption that the majority of people who visit this site believe in the need for decisive climate action (acknowledging that some other folks will see the site as a threat to their world view):

  • Maybe half of you won’t get it. You may work with a different theory of change. That’s okay, keep going! 
  • There’s probably another 45% who may get the concept, but aren’t in a position to help. That’s fine too.
  • That leaves about 5% who get it and have the creative energy or resources to help develop ideas. That’s where we start. and it can happen either by design, or organically, depending on who you are and what you can contribute,

By Design

If you are a thought leader, funder, or a creative mind in your community, be it local, regional, or global, you have the potential to design projects and campaigns that can help span organizations and build collaboration to achieve our common goals.  

Organically

If you are a communications designer, community organizer, or a social media influencer, you can take the ideas in this website and run with them. Be creative. Share your work and your successes.
