All In

Description

All In is a global campaign aimed at securing 100% commitment from governments and businesses to climate leadership – no exceptions.  In particular, we seek a commitment to a future that is net-zero, resilient, and better.

The campaign can be used both to promote those who are part of the climate movement, and to target the laggards.

A global campaign will dovetail with national, subnational, and local campaigns to secure government commitiments, and with campaigns encouraging businesses to make a serious commitment to achieve net-zero emissions.

Organization

Global collaboration among the leading NGOs, businesses, governments and international climate networks is key.

A global campaign will support regional campaigns at the national and subnational levels, in particular where governments have not made a strong climate commitment.

Focused campaigns can also be developed for economic sectors, (such as finance, forestry, housing, and transportation, etc.) or for other areas of common interest (such as faith organizations, and recreation).

Organic

Local groups may identify specific targets for campaigns where governments or businesses are not commited to climate leadership, or are engaged in greenwashing.

At the community level, the All In campaign can be used to promote local businesses that support the environmental responsibility and their community.

Examples

MBM campaigns can be adapted to local and regional priorities.

Campaigns can also encourage individual creativity. A movement is inherently organic, and responsive to new ideas that bubble up from our communities.

Examples

AMERICA IS ALL IN is the most expansive coalition of leaders ever assembled in support of climate action in the United States. They come from thousands of U.S. cities, states, tribal nations, businesses, schools, and institutions of faith, health, and culture.
